ARM was recommended to Ross Industrial through a mutual connection. We were hired to assist with the following aspects of a custom automation project for I-beam storage rack systems:

• Review integrator’s proposal and understand scope of work

• Develop and maintain project schedule via Smartsheet

• Lead weekly calls to discuss and monitor system conception, design, and progress

• Utilize our project rider to manage action items and design criteria

• Develop FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) protocols

• Visit integrator as needed to ensure adherence to project timeline

Without our partnership, Ross Industrial would have hired a full-time manager for the two year duration of this project. Instead, they pay ARM an hourly rate on an as-needed basis.
